Put all ingredients together in a pot with quart of water. Bring to a boil. Turn down the heat to low. Keep boiling until there is approximately 2 cups of water left.
Take one cup at noon time and take another cup at 11pm. Repeat 20 more times (10 more days, 2 a day). Then go checkup. Most diabetic patients show an improvement. Even after that continue to take another 30 to 50 times, your levels are expected to be stable or normal.
